- Q. Can you use existing tablets for the Allergen App?
- A. Kelsius offers a stand-alone tablet as part of the Allergen App package. The tablet is installed in a central location where customers can access this, so this is a stand-alone unit.
- Q.What is the cost of the Allergen App?
- A.The cost depends on the amount of equipment required. A typical price starts from EUR800 upfront including hardware and training, and then EUR35 per month. The monthly charge is regardless of the number of tablets that the business has.
- Q. Is training required to use the system?
- A.Yes, full training is provided. Training is provided at the install stage by the installing engineer. We also provide user manuals to help users post-installation.
- Q.Will an app be developed which customers can download?
- A. Currently the app is developed for in-store use only on the devices provided and deployed.
