Scottish Craft Butchers is the consumer-facing branding for members of the only trade organisation that represents the independent retail meat trade in Scotland. AIMS – Association of Independent Meat Suppliers
AIMS is the voice for the meat industry in the United Kingdom in the 21st century. AIMS maintains a regular dialogue with government and other organisations representing the interests of all stages of meat processing. AIMS represents it members in the red meat, poultry and game sectors. Members include abattoirs and processors of all sizes; cutting plants; meat wholesales; processors supplying major retailers with local and regional meat products; catering butchers; and retail butchers.

ACBI promotes, trains and advises craft butchers throughout Ireland to help make local craft butchers the best place to find value and quality. ACBI supports members throgh training, business mentoring, promotion, seminars, and more.

Q Guild Butchers are award-winning and leading experts in their field. The Guild encourages quality butchers to meet, share ideas and develop their businesses. All butcher members must have achieved a 4* or 5* hygiene rating and offer consumers a safe and hygienic place to shop.

Reducing global paper usage and waste is one of our main objectives at Kelsius. Working with our partner Easy Treesie, Kelsius plants a tree for every new customer. Trees remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, produce oxygen and support the building of biodiversity, so together we are directly contributing to improving the environment.
