What's included
FoodCheck 2.0 simplifies the auditing process and eliminates the need for paper records. Wireless sensors record data and transmit encrypted information to a local network controller. This relays information to the Kelsius web portal. Probes transmit food temperatures via Bluetooth. All data for HACCP & food safety operations can be managed in the Kelsius portal from any web-enabled device.
