We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong, detailed knowledge of implementing social media campaigns and all forms of digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have digital and social media skills and will be enthusiastic, creative and well versed in the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content, including copy for posts, images, videos and infographics.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, PPC and digital media.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing copy, and analysing performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for search engines (SEO).
  • Execute advertising campaigns using Google Ads and social media platforms.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and marketing materials.
  • Write and edit content for the company blog, website, and other digital platforms.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics 4, social media analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to digital marketing efforts.

General Marketing Support:

  • Assist in organising and promoting events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing social media campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing software, SEO tools).
  • Experience with graphic design tools for content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to gain knowledge of our products, customer base and clients’ challenges and to use this knowledge to adapt content that addresses the needs and challenges of our target audiences.

It is advantageous if applicants are in commuting distance of our offices in Falcarragh and Gweedore but this is not essential.

Customer Support Technician (Donegal)

Kelsius is recruiting for the role of Customer Support Technician. You will be responsible for remote customer auditing / reporting and supporting Kelsius customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remote customer auditing and reporting.
  • Handling customer queries including the logging of all customer calls.
  • Monitoring of high priority ‘Watch List’ customers.
  • Ensure all inbound customer calls are responded to promptly.
  • Act as point of contact for client queries and escalations when necessary.
  • Carrying out system changes using Kelsius configuration tools.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Have strong organisational skills and demonstrate good attention to detail.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Have the ability to produce written reports and documentation.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Support a “can do” culture in terms of responding to customer needs.
  • Highly driven with enthusiasm to meet targets and to cope under demanding pressure.
  • Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to both, work of own initiative and as part of a team.

  • 3rd level technical qualification.

This role is based on-site in our offices in Falcarragh and Gweedore.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week. Start and finish times will vary within 8am to 6pm each day, based on the work rota. Outside of hours and weekend work may be required as per customer requirements.

  • Strong network of contacts within the pharmaceutical manufacturing, wholesaling, and logistics sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of Pharma, logistics regulatory compliance, GDP and GMP regulations, industry best practices, and cold chain management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a hunter mentality with the ability to drive the growth of current accounts.
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic team environment.

Due to continued growth, Kelsius is recruiting for the role of Accounts Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Finance function of the business in a role reporting to the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the processing of invoicing, both sales ledger and purchase ledger
  • Credit Control – oversee collections on allocated debtor’s ledger, resolving customer invoice queries in a timely manner and meet collections targets
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Supporting the finance team producing month-end reporting
  • Maintaining of online and paper finance department filing systems
  • Other duties as may be deemed suitable

Skills & experience required:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Accounting Software
  • Relevant qualification or at least 1-year relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
