Role Purpose

Kelsius is a global leader in digital HACCP, wireless temperature monitoring, and compliance automation solutions for the foodservice, healthcare, pharmaceutical, food retail and hospitality sectors.

Due to expansion of our technical support team we are recruiting a Technical Support Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of HACCP App templates using the Kelsius Web tools and Apps.

This is a full-time position working hybrid from the Kelsius office in Gweedore, Co. Donegal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Template Creation using Kelsius Web Manager
  • Building templates based on customer requirements and opening hours.
  • Creating bespoke product templates and applying thresholds and corrective actions based on temperatures recorded.
  • Creating bespoke cleaning templates that will be completed by staff daily, weekly and monthly
  • Testing templates to ensure that they are functioning correctly and meet customer expectation.
  • Report Generation
  • Provide technical support for Kelsius staff and engineers.
  • Handling customer queries including the logging of all customer calls
  • Ensure all inbound customer tickets are responded to promptly
  • Act as point of contact for client queries and escalations when necessary

Experience & Competencies Required

  • At least 1 years experience in a Technical Support role
  • 3rd Level Technical Qualification
  • Have strong organizational skills and demonstrate a good attention to detail.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Have the ability to produce written reports and documentation.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to both, Work of own Initiative and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn as you go and develop quickly

Scheduling & Planning Coordinator (Gweedore) Hybrid

Kelsius improves HACCP compliance, saving time, reducing risk, and providing information at your fingertips. HACCP – (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) – is a systematic approach to identifying and controlling hazards that could pose a danger to the preparation of safe food or medicines.

Kelsius is recruiting a Scheduling & Planning Coordinator to work with our field services teams.

The Coordinator will be responsible for Scheduling Engineers Service Calls & annual Calibrations, ensuring that all work is scheduled in a timely manner and will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager, Engineers and Accounts Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring that all customer calibrations scheduled to be completed on time by field engineers.
  • Communicate with customers to Schedule all engineer Site Visits and calibrations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, adjusting plans to accommodate changes or unforeseen events.
  • Support Third Party companies with onsite ISO 17025 calibrations ensuring that pre-agreed quality standards are adhered to.
  • Serve as a central point of communication, coordinating with various departments, clients, and vendors to align schedules and calibrations and ensure all key stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Liaise with customers pre installation and provide any documentation required by onsite health and safety departments including RAMS documents.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Have strong organisational skills and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • You’ll need strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various team members, document processes, and ensure compliance.
  • Highly driven with enthusiasm to meet targets and to cope under demanding pressure.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn as you go and develop quickly.

  • Previous experience in a scheduling, logistics or coordinator role would be advantageous.
  • A third-level qualification, such as diploma or certificate in Business Administration or Logistics would be advantageous.

This is an on-site role (with the ability to move to a hybrid schedule after 6-month probation) based at our head office in Gweedore, Co. Donegal. Candidates must reside within commutable distance to our office and have the right to work in Ireland.

Field Services Engineer (Leinster)

Kelsius is seeking to employ a Field Services Engineer to cover the Leinster region.

The successful candidate will be required to travel to customer sites to carry out the duties listed below:

· Installation of Kelsius wireless temperature monitoring and HACCP automation systems

· Servicing Kelsius equipment

· Temperature/Humidity Calibrations

· Training Kelsius Customers

· Pre-installation Site-Surveys

Skills & Experience Required:

· Experience in a similar field service environment

· Electrical/trade qualification

· 3rd level technical qualification

· Full clean Irish driving license

· Have strong organizational skills and demonstrate good attention to detail

· Have excellent communication skills

· Have the ability to produce written reports and documentation

· Be proficient in Microsoft Office

About the Role

Kelsius is expanding its presence across the UK Healthcare sector and is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with deep domain knowledge and established networks. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for driving new business growth for Kelsius’ industry-leading digital compliance, temperature monitoring, and SaaS solutions across hospitals and laboratories environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales activity for UK Healthcare including prospecting, solution presentations, tender responses, commercial negotiations, and closing.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of NHS, private hospital, pathology, pharmacy and laboratory opportunities.
  • Leverage established industry contacts to accelerate market penetration and shorten sales cycles.
  • Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets with consistent forecasting and CRM discipline.
  • Represent Kelsius at sector conferences, exhibitions, and customer events.

Essential Experience & Criteria

  • A strong existing network of decision makers and influencers across NHS Trusts, private healthcare, pathology labs, pharma, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrable success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with both technical and commercial dimensions.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions to clinical, operational, procurement, and technical stakeholders.
  • High degree of professionalism, self-motivation, and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Desirable

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused IT Support Technician with strong problem-solving abilities. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and the smooth operation of IT systems, among other duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support to users and act as the first point of contact for issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
  • Repair or replace damaged computer hardware.
  • Assist with ethernet cabling and network system installations.
  • Log, track, and update all service requests in the ticketing system.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues across departments.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in IT support and systems maintenance.
